Welcome to The Monday Market!  I'm Michele, best known in blogland as calicodaisy handmade.  My best work, after my lovely children, has become a line of handmade, custom, embroidered pillow covers and accessories.  The last seven years have been a marvelous journey of learning and growing and blogging and hard work and networking and streamlining my dreams and ideas to build a business and reputation for creating beautiful handmade, monogrammed, custom home decor designs and accessories.  I'm just thrilled beyond words that my dream has grown into reality!

As calicodaisy handmade has grown, though, so has the need for a not so flowery label that suits all sorts of custom made items for both guys and gals, kids, and pets!  The Monday Market is my new label, and I hope we get to know one another for the longterm here in my little neighborhood on the blog and in the calicodaisy etsy shop and now in the new The Monday Market website - linked to the FB page right now til items are loaded onto the site.
